巨骨是人体腧穴之一，属于手阳明大肠经，出自《素问·气府论》。此腧穴在肩上部，当锁骨肩峰端与肩胛冈之间凹陷处；有通经活络，化痰散结的作用；主要用于治疗肩臂挛痛、臂不举，瘰疬，瘿气等病症。
