左金丸，中医方剂名。出自《丹溪心法》卷一。为泻火剂。具有泻肝火，行湿，开痞结之功效。主治肝火犯胃，漕杂吞酸，呕吐胁痛，筋疝痞结，霍乱转筋。
目的优选左金丸胃内漂浮缓释片的制剂配方。
