川椒，中药名。为芸香科植物青椒（香椒、青花椒、山椒、狗椒）Zanthoxylum schinifolium Sieb.et Zucc.或花椒（蜀椒、川椒、红椒、红花椒、大红袍）Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.的干燥成熟果皮。秋季采收成熟果实，晒干，去除种子及杂质。生用或炒用。
