山艮菪碱是我国科研人员从茄科植物唐古特山茛菪中分离出的一种生物碱。常用其人工合成品654-2。它具有明显的外周抗胆碱作用，平滑肌解痉及心血管抑制与阿托品相似，能接触血管痉挛，降低血粘度，抑制血小板聚集，有较强的改善微循环作用，对各种休克的微循环障碍均有作用。抑制唾液分泌及散瞳比阿托品弱。不易通过血脑屏障，中枢兴奋轻微。本品口服吸收较差，排泄比阿托品快。山艮菪碱作用选择性高，副作用少，主要用于治疗各种感染中毒性休克，也用于治疗内脏平滑肌绞痛等。不良反应与阿托品相似。
