层间温度是道间温度的别称。道间温度是多道焊缝及母材在施焊下一焊道之前的瞬时温度，一般用最高值表示。层间温度数值的确定要以评定合格的焊接工艺为准。设定焊接工艺中层间温度参数时，要充分考虑母材材质、壁厚、热输入等因素，可以参考AWS等标准，并结合实际情况设定一个合理的温度值，保证理化检测能通过评定的要求。最终以评定合格的工艺指导产品焊接。
