《就业指导》是2007年化学工业出版社出版的图书，作者是张廷宇。就业指导可分为狭义和广义两大类。 狭义的就业指导，是给要求就业的劳动者传递就业信息，做劳动者和用人单位沟通的桥梁。 广义的就业指导，则包括预测要求就业的劳动力资源，社会需求量，汇集、传递就业信息，培养劳动技能，组织劳动力市场以及推荐、介绍、组织招聘等与就业有关的综合性社会咨询、服务活动。
