少火，中医基本术语。是一种正常的、具有生气的火，是维持人体正常生理活动所必需的物质力量。《素问·阴阳应象大论》：“少火之气壮”、“少火生气”。少火与壮火相对而言。是生理之火，它具有有温煦脏腑组织，促进功能活动，增强人体正气的作用。
