中医诊断学名词，二十八病脉脉象之一。 脉象：脉细如线，应指明显。 主病：气血两虚，诸虚劳损，又主湿病。 说明：细为气血两虚所致。营血亏虚不能充盈脉道。气不足则无力鼓动血液运行，故脉体细小而软弱无力；又湿邪阻压脉道，也见细脉。若温热病昏谵见细数脉，是热邪深入营血或邪陷心包的症候。小脉即细脉，何梦瑶说：“小与大相反名细。”
