小肠在腹腔内占据的位置最大、分布面广、相对表浅、缺少骨骼的保护容易受到损伤。在开放性损伤中小肠损伤率占25%～30%，闭合性损伤中占15%～20%。患者可表现为剧烈的腹痛，伴有恶心、呕吐。查体可见患者面色苍白、皮肤湿冷、脉搏微弱、呼吸急促、血压下降。可有全腹压痛、反跳痛、腹肌紧张等。
目的：研究胃舒散对消炎痛所致大鼠小肠损伤的保护作用及机制。
