【寒因寒用】反治法之一。指治疗内真热而外假寒的方法。病的实质是真热，而表 现出假寒的现象，亦即内真热而外假寒，须用寒凉药治疗。例如病人 身大热，口大渴，大汗出，脉洪大，四肢逆冷。其中四肢逆冷是假寒，余证是真热，用白虎汤（石膏、知母、粳米、炙甘草）煎汤热服。因寒是假象，而热是病的实质，故仍须用寒药来解决。以上二条，《 素问．至真要大论》原作“热因寒用”、“寒因热用”，后人与“寒 因寒用”、“通因通用”联系起来看，改为“热因热用”、“寒因寒 用”，今从之。
