审价是对企业执行国家定价或指导价格的情况进行审查。价格监督检查的方式之一。是各级物价管理部门、业务主管部门及各企业单位物价工作的重要任务之一。目的在于正确贯彻执行国家的物价政策，及时发现和纠正违反物价政策的行为，并促使企业改善经营管理，提高干部、职工的政策水平和业务水平。审价工作的重点在不同单位应有所区别。零售企业和基层农副产品收购单位在审价时，还应同时审查度量衡器是否符合标准，收购样品是否变异，等等。
