宋柯，是麦田音乐制作公司创始人，曾任华纳唱片中国区常务副总经理和音乐总监，北京太合麦田音乐文化发展有限公司首席执行官。一手缔造了麦田今日的辉煌，发掘并打造了当今流行乐坛众多一线艺人，曾先后推出了叶蓓、老狼、朴树等歌手，被媒体和业界人士尊为内地唱片工业的顶尖操盘手。2003年后在数字音乐方面抢占先机。曾连续几届担任超女评委，并签下“超女”李宇春。现任恒大音乐公司董事总经理。
