守行为是中华人民共和国香港特别行政区的一项法律。守行为的意思是，法庭要求当事人在一定时期内不再犯法。 举例：甲乙两人在路上相遇，发生口角，甲殴打了乙，没有造成太大伤害，法院就会判决甲在一定时期内不要再犯法，比如期限是一年，就判决甲守行为一年。类似于内地治安处罚中的警告。
