孝慈高皇后（1575年-1603年10月31日），叶赫那拉氏，名孟古（孟古哲哲）。生于万历三年，叶赫部贝勒杨吉砮幼女。为清太祖爱新觉罗·努尔哈赤之大福晋，清太宗爱新觉罗·皇太极之生母，是清朝第一位被追封的皇后。万历二十年，生下八子皇太极，即后来的清太宗。万历三十一年病故。
