目的对肾嫌色细胞癌的诊断和治疗进行探讨。
Objective: To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of renal chromophobe cell carcinoma (RCCC).
方法回顾性分析5例肾嫌色细胞癌资料，结合文献复习进行讨论。

According to these, this tumor can be differentiated from granular renal cell carcinoma, mixed renal cell carcinoma and chromophobe renal cell carcinoma.
约占肾细胞癌的5%，细胞具有明显的胞膜，胞质淡嗜碱染，核周常有空晕，细胞呈实性片状排列，血管周围常有大细胞包绕。 验方偏方 验方：生切番木鳖、蜣螂虫、蜈蚣、僵蚕、山慈菇、炮甲片、全蝎、守宫、雄黄各10—15g，生牡蛎、昆布、海藻各30g，豆腐制硫黄(制时加甘草、制后豆腐，甘草不用)10g。共研细末，水泛为丸如绿豆大小，收贮备用。每服1．5g，1日2次，汤药或温开水送服。3个月为1疗程，可连服3—4个疗程。 疗效：本方治疗各种晚期恶性肿瘤140例。其中，生存1—3年者34例；3—5年者42例；5—10年者40例；10年以上者24例；最长生存时间为16年。 方源：倪毓生：中医药治疗晚期恶性肿瘤140例临床观察。《中国医药学报》(1)：17，1987。 偏方：半枝莲15g，苦参10g，猪苓15g，海金沙15g，草河车10g。水煎服，每日2次。
