失粘为作近体诗（也称格律诗）术语。写作律诗、绝诗时平仄失误，声韵不相粘之谓。即应用平声而误用仄声，或应用仄声而误用平声。又据宋陈鹄《耆旧续闻》，表启之类的骈俪文字，若平仄失调，在当时也叫失粘。
