病名。太阴病为《伤寒论》六经病之一，主要由脾阳素虚，或内有寒湿，复感外邪，致脾虚不运，寒湿内停。或是三阳病误治，伤及脾阳，致脾虚不运，寒湿内停；或邪陷脾络，脾络不通。所以太阴病的性质以脾脏的虚、寒、湿为特点，证见腹满而吐、下利、食不下、腹痛。
目的探讨太阴病证的中医辨证规律。
