太白参，中药名。为玄参科植物大卫马先蒿Pedicularis davidii Franch.、美观马先蒿Pedicularis decora Franch.、邓氏马先蒿Pedicularis dunniana Bonati的根。大卫马先蒿分布于陕西、甘肃、四川等地。美观马先蒿分布于陕西、甘肃、湖北、四川等地。邓氏马先蒿分布于陕西、四川、云南等地。具有滋阴补肾，益气健脾之功效。用于脾肾两虚，骨蒸潮热，关节疼痛，不思饮食。
