太渊，经穴名。出自《灵枢·本输》。别名鬼心、太泉、大泉、天泉、大渊。属手太阴肺经。位于腕前区，桡骨茎突与舟状骨之间，拇长展肌腱尺侧凹陷中。桡侧腕屈肌腱的外侧，拇长展肌腱内侧，有桡动、静脉，布有前臂外侧皮神经和桡神经浅支混合支。主治咳嗽、气喘、无脉症、腕臂痛。避开桡动脉，直刺0.3-0.5寸。
