大横，经穴名。出《针灸甲乙经》。别名肾气。属足太阴脾经。足太阴、阴维之会。在腹中部，距脐中4寸。布有第十肋间神经及第十肋间动、静脉。主治腹痛，泄泻，便秘，痢疾，以及肠蛔虫症等。直刺1—2寸。艾炷灸3-5壮，或艾条灸5-10分钟。
