大敦，经穴名。出《灵枢·本输》。大敦别名水泉、三毛、大顺、太敦、足大趾丛毛。属足厥阴肝经。本经井穴。在足趾，大趾末节外侧，趾甲根角侧后方0.1寸。由腓深神经终末支的内侧支分出两条趾背支，分布至第一、二趾相对缘的皮肤。主治疝气，少腹痛；遗尿、癃闭、五淋、尿血等泌尿系病症；月经不调、崩漏、阴缩、阴中痛、阴挺等月经病及前阴病证；癫痫，善寐。浅刺0.1~0.2寸；或点刺出血；艾柱灸3~5壮，或艾条灸5~10分钟。
方法：应用甘菊精油从肝经大敦至曲泉段揉按，以HDRS，ZUNG量表作评价标准，观察治疗前后变化。
