武术传统用语。较斗中，把向前伸出的手臂之前半部分称之为“外门”，后半部分即上臂部分称之为“内门”，这种内外门之分是以自己的肘关节为界的。在实战时，对于对方任何攻向外门的打击动作皆用己方前手来格挡，同样的道理，对于对方任何攻向己方内门的动作皆用后手来防御。也就是说前手主要用来防御外门攻击，后手主要用来防御内门攻击。
