外汇卖出价是“外汇买入价”的对称。亦称“外汇卖出汇率”。是外汇银行向客户卖出外汇时使用的价格。因为其客户主要是进口商，故卖出价常被称作“进口汇率”。买卖价之间的差额是外汇银行的手续费收益。
银行卖出外汇的汇率（卖出价）高于买入外汇的汇率（买入价）。
