复进口（Re-import）是指本国商品输往国外，未经加工又输入国内，也称再进口。复进口多因偶然原因（如出口退货）所造成。国货复进口，是指在本国生产制造，并已实际出口离境的原产于本国的货物，在未进行加工改变货物状态的情况下，因某些原因需要重新中转复运进境。
有出口复进口需要的加工企业、有退税及保税仓储需要的生产企业。
