复视（diplopia），指两眼看一物体时感觉为两个物像的异常现象。导致复视的原因很多，脑神经或大脑本身的疾病都可能引起复视。支配眼球转动的六条肌肉中只要有一条或几条发炎、外伤或神经障碍，双眼肌肉动作就不协调，即可复视。单眼复视应找出眼疾的病因，治疗眼疾；双眼复视可酌情采用配镜、药物或手术治疗。
严重斜视会导致复视，可以依赖当今医学手术痊愈。
