composite plating 说明:又称分散电镀。分散电镀是用电镀方法使固体颗粒与金属共沉积从而在基体上获得基质金属(或称为主体金属)上弥散分布颗粒结构的复合镀层。即将固体不溶性固体微粒均匀分散在电镀液中,制成悬浮液进行电镀。根据不同微粒的特性如SiC具有高硬度耐高温特性,MoS2具有润滑性和自修复特性,使其与电镀基质金属共沉积,从而获得具有耐磨、自润滑、耐蚀、装饰、电接触等功能镀层。上述固体微粒指各种难熔的氧化物、碳化物、硼化物、氮化物等。电镀基质金属有镍、铜、铬和一些合金。
其目前使用种类有:一般电镀法(electroplating).复合电镀(composite plating).合金电镀(alloy plating).
