塞擦音 sè cā yīn 气流通路紧闭然后逐渐打开而摩擦发出的辅音，如普通话语音的z,c,zh,ch,j,q。塞擦音的起头近似塞音，末了近似擦音，所以叫塞擦音。旧称破裂摩擦音。
