地震异常是岩体在地应力作用下,在应力应变逐渐积累、加强的过程中,会引起震源及附近物质发生物理、化学、生物、和气象等一系列异常变化。称这些与地震孕育、发生有关联的异常变化现象为地震前兆(也称地震异常)。它包括地震微观异常和地震宏观异常两大类。
