地梁（patand）俗称为地圈梁，圈起来有闭合的特征，与构造柱共成抗震限裂体系，减缓不均匀沉降的负作用。与基础梁有区别，基础梁主要起联系作用，增强水平面刚度，有时兼作底层填充墙的承托梁，不考虑抗震作用。
