第一百六十九条已经登记的地役权变更、转让或者消灭的，应当及时办理变更登记或者注销登记。
Article 169 For changing, alienating or eliminating the registered easement, the alteration or cancellation registration shall be go through in a timely manner.
但因重划致设定地役权之目的已不存在者，其地役权视为消灭，地役权人得向土地所权人请求相当之补偿。
Unless the purpose has been eliminated for the readjustment, the easement is deemed as eliminated and the easement obligee shall apply the equivalent compensation to the landowner.
