地仓，经穴名。出《针灸甲乙经》。别名会维、胃维。属足阳明胃经。阳蹻、手足阳明之会。在面部，口角外侧，上直瞳孔。布有面神经及眶下神经的分支，深层为颊神经的末支，并有面动、静脉。主治口眼歪斜，流涎，眼睑瞤动，齿痛，颊肿，及面神经麻痹，三叉神经痛等。斜刺或平刺0.5—0.8寸。可向颊车穴透刺。
