The Blessed One said, "Monks, I shall explain the meaning of this example."

And the venerable Ananda said to the Blessed One: 'how wonderful a thing is it, Lord, and how marvelous, that the colour of the skin of the Blessed One should be so clear, so exceeding bright!

This, then, is how you should pray: "' our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name."
