国内补贴 是指政府当局对生产者提供的经济援助。适当的补贴政策有助于一国政府实现预定的国家经济和社会发展目标，消除国家地区之间经济和技术发展的不平衡。国内补贴的形式有直接支付、免税、低利率融资、工资补贴等其它许多形式。《贴补和反贴补税守则》规定：原则上允许采用国内补贴，但当国内补贴对国际贸易产生不利影响时，受影响方有权采取补贴措施。
