固定资产折旧方法（Fixed-assets Depreciation Method），指将应提折旧总额在固定资产各使用期间进行分配时所采用的具体计算方法。折旧是指固定资产由于使用而逐渐磨损所减少的那部分价值。固定资产的损耗有两种：有形损耗和无形损耗。有形损耗，也称作物质磨损，是由于使用而发生的机械磨损，以及由于自然力的作用所引起的自然损耗。无形损耗，也称经济磨损，是指科学进步以及劳动生产率提高等原因而引起的固定资产价值的损失。一般情况下，当计算固定资产折旧时，要同时考虑这两种损耗。
