囚服是指中国劳动改造机关统一为服刑犯人配制的衣服。犯人入监后，一律着囚服。监狱、劳改队在御寒遮体、历行节约的原则下，按规定统一发放。犯人刑满释放时，监狱、劳改队将其囚服收回。对没有衣服替换的刑满释放人员，可发给一套便服。
