囊缩，证名。《素问·热论》：“伤寒……六日厥阴受之，厥阴脉循阴器而络于肝，故烦满而囊缩。” 《中藏经》称为“卵缩”。指阴囊上缩。常与舌卷并见于危重病中。多由厥阴经受病所致。《证治要诀》卷二：“厥阴舌卷囊缩。”治疗时，若因阳明热盛，邪传厥阴者，宜急下存阴，用大承气汤之类。因寒邪直中者，用当归四逆汤、吴茱萸汤等方。参见阴缩、卵缩等条。
