喷锚支护（shotcrete-bolt support）指的是借高压喷射水泥混凝土和打入岩层中的金属锚杆的联合作用（根据地质情况也可分别单独采用）加固岩层，分为临时性支护结构和永久性支护结构。喷混凝土可以作为洞室围岩的初期支护，也可以作为永久性支护。喷锚支护是使锚杆、混凝土喷层和围岩形成共同作用的体系，防止岩体松动、分离。把一定厚度的围岩转变成自承拱，有效地稳定围岩。当岩体比较破碎时，还可以利用丝网拉挡锚杆之间的小岩块，增强混凝土喷层，辅助喷锚支护。
