哑门，经穴名。出《素问·气府论》。别名舌横、舌厌。属督脉。在项部，当后发际正中直上0.5寸，第1颈椎下。在项韧带和项肌中，深部为弓间韧带和脊髓；有枕动、静脉分支及棘间静脉丛；布有第三颈神经和枕大神经支。主治舌缓不语，音哑，头重，头痛，颈项强急，脊强反折，中风尸厥，癫狂，痫证，癔病，衄血，重舌，呕吐。伏案正坐位，使头微前倾，项肌放松，向下颌方向缓慢刺入0.5～1寸。
结果以哑门穴为例，虚拟针刺智能动画清楚地显示了腧穴的解剖结构，直观地表达了进针层次和进针意外。
Results Taking point Yamen as an example, simulated acupuncture intelligence animation showed the anatomic structure of a point clearly and needle-insertion layers and accidents visually.
方法：采用针刺风府、哑门穴配合循经选穴的方法治疗中风后遗症152例，15天1疗程，用3 ~ 4个疗程。
Method: 152 patients with sequela of apoplexy were treated with acupuncture into Fengfu and Yamen for 3 to 4 therapeutic courses (15 days for each course).
