哌唑嗪(Prazosin)可阻断交感神经对血管平滑肌的支配使外周阻力血管和容量血管扩张,外周血管阻力降低,血压下降。本品尚能扩张冠状动脉,减轻心脏前、后负荷,降低心肌耗氧量,改善心肌功能,但对心排出量则使其略升或不变,心率不快,血浆肾素活性一般也不致增高甚至有时下降,对肾血流量及肾小管滤过率则无明显影响。本品服后0.5~2小时起效,作用可维持6~10小时,降压作用与血浆药物浓度不平衡。
