通信术语，全称是“呼叫损失” 呼叫损失(呼损)是指在正常情况下，用户发起呼叫后，由于网络的原因呼叫未能完成而损失的比率，该指标用呼叫损失的次数与总的呼叫次数的比值来规定。其中总的呼叫次数是指用户发起的有效呼叫次数，其中不包括由于主叫用户原因造成的呼叫损失，如用户错拨号，中途放弃（主叫早释）等。呼叫损失的次数是指由于网路原因导致呼叫没有完成的呼叫次数，其中不包括用户忙、用户无应答、用户锁定、用户关机、用户不在覆盖区、用户拒绝等。
