周码是江苏省涟水县杨口办事处的一行政村，辖管十个村组，人口约900人。其地理位于连云港灌南县、宿迁沭阳县、淮安涟水县三县交界处。与杨口为邻居，东距宁连一级公路入口处不足lO公里，靠近省道326公路，离村最远的也只有3公里。一条200吨运河贯穿全境。杨口-新农水泥路，全长5000米，宽3．5米，投资110万元亦穿其境。交通方便，道路畅通，出门基本都是水泥路。而并非是外地人尤其是苏南那边人认为苏北的道路都是烂泥路。
