同谷，古县名。因制内两水同聚一谷而得名。汉称下辩，旧名武街城。唐宝应中地入吐蕃。咸通末夏置，为成州治所。元初废入成州。治所在今甘肃康县。 唐代安史之乱时，诗人杜甫曾寓此，因感伤离乱，作《同谷七歌》。
