同晶，男，博士，副教授， 西安外事学院客座教授。曾参加2006、2007年863项目通讯评审。曾任第一届全国全国WEB信息系统及其应用学术会议（WISA）组织委员会委员。作为项目负责人或主要完成人完成了国家“十五”科技攻关项目，“211工程”项目、国家自然科学基金、电子发展基金及其它合作研究项目等10多项科研项目。现作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金项目（基于链接挖掘的动态金融网络分析技术研究）一项。在国际会议和中英文权威刊物上发表学术论文30余篇，多篇论文被EI、ISTP收录。
