...宿主病常是导致移植后死亡的主要原因,而自体HSCT虽然并发症少,但其移植物内含有肿瘤细胞常导致复发率增加,同基因移植（syn-HSCT）无无肿瘤细胞污染，且移植后并发症少，但有同基因供者的机会非常少，所以相关报道甚少。现将我科诊治的2例护理体会报道如下。

Control group and isograft group have no significance (P>0.05). The level of IFN-γof treatment group were higher than control group and isograft groupuring (P>0.05).
