同位序列（Homeobox）或称同源异型盒，是某些影响动物、真菌及植物发育的基因所拥有的一段DNA序列，拥有homeobox的基因称作homeobox基因，统称homeobox基因家族。同源异形盒模体在进化中广泛存在。其重要意义是通过同源异形盒探针与很多真核的基因组进行杂交而获得。在蛙，小鼠和人的DNA都发现同源异形盒的存在。在蛙和哺乳动物基因在胚胎发生的早期表达增强了与果蝇一些基因的平行关系，表明可能这些会有同源异形的基因与各种生物胚胎发育中基因调节有关。
