司盘，别名失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯。本品为白色或微黄色蜡状物、片状体、粉沫状（≥100目）。溶于热的乙醇、乙醚、甲醇及四氯化碳，微溶于乙醚、石油醚、能分散于热水中，是w/o型乳化剂，具有很强的乳化、分散、润滑作用。
