句安（？-264年）蜀汉后期将领，在蜀任牙门将。跟随大将军姜维攻打魏国，李歆守麹山西城，句安守麹山东城。遭遇郭淮和陈泰围困，李歆突围后回蜀，句安投降魏国封为将军。后随钟会灭蜀，因功封列侯。钟会叛乱时死于混乱中。
