The convention that {the standard international convention of seaman’s training, certification and watching) (abbreviate with STCW78/95) has been revised in 1995. In the new version, the identification of the students’ motivation was added.
经1995年修正的1978年《海员培训、发证和值班标准国际公约》(简称STCW78/95),新增了一项内容,就是对学员学习动机的识别,对学员的要求不再是对某一学科知识的了解,而是要求他们在上船任职之前能够证明自己具有相关的适任能力。
