反补贴关税是差别关税的一种形式。资本主义国家对接受津贴的外国商品，在进口时所征收的一种附加税。税额一般与该商品所接受的津贴额相等，目的在于增加进口商品的成本，以抵销其所享受的补贴金额，使其不能廉价倾销，以保护本国的工农业生产和国内市场，维护垄断资本的利益。
