双氯芬酸钾（Diclofenac potassium）是一种具有显著抗炎和镇痛作用的新型非甾体类抗炎药，其作用机制主要为抑制前列腺素合成。当关节、肌肉扭伤、拔牙及手术后，可造成无菌性炎症、组织水肿和疼痛，随着炎症的产生，受伤局部合成和释放的前列腺素增加。双氯芬酸钾可使受伤局部合成和释放的前列腺素减少，起到抗炎和镇痛作用。
